Saturday Morning Drill: Pumpkin Workout

Though it's an area women often neglect, sculpting a toned and defined chest will drastically improve the way your upper body and arms look in clothes. A chest press is an easy and effective way to tone this part of the body.

To complete this move, simply place your pumpkin at your chest with arms gripped firmly around it. Push the pumpkin directly out from your chest and then return to starting position. This is one rep - complete a total of 15 reps.
