Saturday Morning Drill: Pumpkin Workout
Who said high knees couldn't be fun? Pumpkins make everything better.
To complete this move, simply do 60 seconds of high knees while holding the pumpkin in front of you - focus on driving your knees as high as you can and breathing between reps. Adding weight adds challenge and also causes you to engage your abdominals more, so the pumpkin lends itself well to this exercise. Try for 60 seconds - but go for longer if you can!
