Saturday Morning Drill: Energy Booster

Running in place is an excellent warm up and great way to get an energy boost any time of the day.

Simply run in place, driving your knees up toward your chest and keeping your back straight; swing your arms for even more movement. Do this for 60 seconds to 2 minutes to get your heart rate up and muscles loosened.
