Saturday Morning Drill: Energy Booster

Child's pose is an excellent way to end a workout as it relaxes both body and mind and stretches out the arms and back.

Simply get down on all fours and then sit your bottom down on your feet and gently lay your head down toward the floor. Focus on stretching your arms, back and breathing deeply throughout. Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute - repeat as many times as desired.
