Saturday Morning Drill: Beautiful Backside

Start by lying flat and bending your knees so your feet rest flat on the ground. Then, extend one leg out and, keeping your body flat, lift your hips up toward the ceiling while engaging your butt muscle and hamstring. Return to starting position. This is one rep - complete a total of 12 on each side.
