Saturday Morning Drill: 80s Fitness Revived

For a quick way to get your heart rate up AND tone your arms, raise your arms to about eye level and begin rolling your fists around each other like you're punching an imaginary punching bag. Do 30 complete circles on one side and then switch. Complete this move as many times as you wish to get warmed up.
