Saturday Morning Drill: 7 Planks to a Stronger Core

Knee drops don't look challenging but 10 reps in and you'll be telling a different story. To perform the knee drops properly get into a traditional plank position and then tap your knees down while keep your back straight, abs engaged and your eyes straight forward. After the tap lift back up into plank position and hold for one count. One tap is one rep - complete a total of 30.
