Saturday Morning Drill: 7 Planks to a Stronger Core
This is one of my favorite variations because it gets you moving and really works your inner and outer thighs.
Start by getting into a push up position and then hopping your feet in and out, engaging your abs to keep your back straight and holding each transition for one count.
