Saturday Drill: Soccer Skills

Don't run off just yet, we've got sprints to do! Finish your workout with a light jog or run around the block. Or, if you're up for the extra challenge, do three 30 second sprints with a one minute break in between.

This will get your heart rate up and give you one last full body workout before enjoying your Saturday.
