Saturday Drill: Soccer Skills
Ball taps were one of my least favorite drills as a soccer player because they are so difficult to perform. But this just means they're an excellent workout.
To perform the taps, place a soccer ball or object of similar size in front of you and tap the top of the ball for 60 seconds without stopping. It should be a similar motion to high knees, except focusing on tapping your foot lightly on top of the ball.Next Slide 1 / 7
