Saturday Drill: Soccer Skills

Think of this drill as a push-up with two modifications: A knee drive and balancing on a ball. To perform this drill, balance your body weight on a soccer ball, keep your back flat and drive your knee as high up toward the chest as you can. Each knee drive counts as one rep; perform a total of 25.
