Women's Health Diet
This program was created by Leah Flickinger and Stephen Perrine specifically for women. The Women's Health Diet doesn't forbid any specific foods, but instead recommends taking an inclusive approach to improving your nutrition. You will be encouraged to eat fiber-rich grains, healthy fats, plenty of leafy greens, lean means, legumes, fruits, nuts and seeds. But the plan also allows for an occasional indulgence in your favorite foods.
Like the Men's Health Diet, you can expect to lose up to 15 pounds in six weeks. The workout is focus on a circuit training workout that should be done three times per week.Next Prev Slide 12 / 27
