In the beginning episodes of The Biggest Loser season 10, the men pull ahead of the women, with bigger weight losses and more strategy. After the first weigh-in, Rick has the highest loss, so he was allowed to pick one person to save from elimination. He chooses fellow green team member Patrick House. Rick drops over 50 pounds in his first three weeks at the ranch.
