Ramon Medeiros' Biggest Loser 12 Journey
Ramon begins his Biggest Loser journey weighing 355 pounds, and Body Mass Index of 49.5 which puts him in Obese Class III. He once played football and was big but quite athletic, but without the structure of sports, gained weight because of a poor diet and not enough exercise. Ramon says that not being able to find a scale that went as high as his weight made him decide to change his life and lose weight, and he also felt fed up with missing out on things because of his weight.
