Primal Animal Workout

It's time to mimic a bear. The easiest way to get into this position is start in a normal standing position. When ready, begin bending over at the waist also while bending the knees slightly and place your hands in front of you on the ground. Both feet will be on the ground, but you should feel a decent amount of weight on your palms, which should be on the ground as well. Your butt will be straight up in the air.

Begin crawling forward by taking a step with one hand and one foot at the same time. You should be moving the same hand and foot on the same side at once. Alternate sides so that you are able to move forward from one side of the room to the other.

Once you’ve reached the other side of the room, do not turn around because you’re going to do the same motion again, but only backwards this time.
