In order to keep his position as defensive lineman at Delta State University, Patrick House had to maintain his weight to be a starter. But when he got sidelined by an injury, he didn't know how to change his eating habits. A resident of Visksburg, Mississippi, he worked as a food Sales Distributor until he was recently laid off. He begins his Biggest Loser journey weighing 400 pounds.
