Ordinary Yoga Poses in Extraordinary Places

Usually when we practice crow, our wrists are fully extended because our palms are flat on the floor, but as you can see in the photo, my wrists are somewhat wrapped around the log. Because of this hand position, I could hold crow pose almost twice as long without fatigue in my hands and forearms. Using the log was not only a lot of fun, it was also very helpful in keeping me in the pose a little bit longer.
