One truly non-traditional activity is pole dancing. This activity is becoming more popular as people are seeing what an intense workout it truly is. No longer will pole dancing reign in seedy nightclubs, pole dancing studios are popping up everywhere. While pole dancing, your body gets a cardio and a resistance workout. During a typical pole dance class, 350 calories are burned in an hour.
