Lance did not take this journey on by himself, he was joined by his wife Melissa Morgan, an attorney. Melissa pinned herself as the game player by the end of week one, which put targets on both hers and Lance's backs. When several weigh-ins appeared to be thrown by the couple, trainer Jillian Michaels called them out on it, creating a deeper rift for the couple in the house. They stayed strong for one another and competed hard.
