Jessica Delfs' Biggest Loser 10 Journey
Another new feature on season 10 of the Biggest Loser is the mid-week weigh-in. In the third episode, Jessica is one of only two women who manage to stay in the top half, dropping seven pounds during the dreaded week two—when metabolisms start slowing down. Because Jessica's weekly loss puts her above the yellow line, so she saves herself from participating in the elimination challenge.
