I tell them to always keep on moving its the key to making yourself feel good and its your happy pill along with jumping rope and playing tag things that will keep them moving no matter what.

I'm a runner, so I encourage the kids to run also! most adult races have a mini kids race and it's so fun watching them get excited and receive medals!

I am a runner so i really encourage them to run as well! many races have a "kids race" following the adult race and the kids love getting medals, it's adorable and an awesome thing to get them started on when they are so young!

My children are very active and I encourage them to run, climb and just be kids. I would love to get them into swimming and sports, soon.

I would love him to spend more time doing activities instead of playing Xbox or being on the computer. He likes to hike but only occasionally. Wish he and I could at least walk around the neighborhood a little bit after dinner every night.
