Reach-up Crunches
Hannah Curlee's Hotel Workout
"Reach all the way up, up up," instructed Hannah. If your regular crunches are becoming boring, then try these on for size.
Rest on your bottom and feet and extend your arms, with hands together and fingers pointed, all the way up as far as you're able to extend.
To really engage your abs, Hannah suggests twisting side to side while reaching.
