Hannah Curlee's Hotel Workout
Hannah's first instruction was to "drop the booty down." Then, she explained that we'd still be doing a standard plank, but then we'd move our legs horizontally to walk.
Once you're in position, extend your right leg to the side, followed by your right hand, then follow with your left leg and hand. Repeat until you reach the wall and then work your way back.
"You're still doing a plank," she told us. "But because you're moving your arms you'll keep your heart rate up."
