The first type is the Apple shape, which is defined as carrying a majority of weight in the higher part of your body. Your bust is normally at least three inches bigger than your hips.
Emphasize your smaller legs and tight and firmer butt, which thus will take attention away from broad shoulders and thicker waists. Wearing longer sleeves and v neck shirts or sweaters will also elongate the top of your body. Apple shaped girls should avoid belts around their waists, but instead opt for empire waist garments, flowy loose fitting blouses and tunics that will hide the love handle area. Flared pants or bright tights will also compliment your body because they balance out wide shoulders.
