Lie contoured to the lumbar pad. Keep one arm extended down toward your legs while the other arm stays extended overhead. Keep both arms still. Slowly rock the torso up and down, keeping tension on the abdominals. After a few reps switch hands. Exhale on the contraction. Blow all the air out through pursed lips.
