Choose MyPlate

MyPlate is an icon created by the USDA to replace the old food pyramid. The plate icon is is a simple, visual, research-based icon based that fits with the 2010 dietary guidelines. It shows the proportions of food that should be on your plate at almost every meal.

"What's more simple than a plate?" Askes Michelle Obama at the unveiling of MyPlate. "As a mom, I can tell you how much this is going to help parents across the country."

All dietary recommendations come from MyPlate.gov.

lol@James Kerr.

Yes, you are so much smarter than "they" are since you do not need a picture of portion sizes like "most stupid people."

Your intelligence really shows in how you spell complex words like "meets" instead of "meat" or "protien" instead of "protein".
Further, check your subject/verb agreements as well.
Don't judge others when you are just like the rest of us =)

People in general are stupid and (the plate) is almost like drawing them a picture . I like how it has protien not meets ! Because the average person think you have to eat meat to get protien !
