If the person is using a full basketball court they can burn up to 374 calories playing for 30 minutes. Lamar Odom will make an appearance at London's 2012 Summer Olympics. He can burn up to 1150 calories playing for 30 minutes. Because Odom is 230 pounds he can burn calories at a faster rate. Odom will probably play with a higher intensity thus increasing his ability to burn calories faster.
