Calories Burned in Olympic Sports
Badminton is another sport, people can play can burn calories at the gym. Playing badminton for 30 minutes can burn up to 153 calories. Tony Gunawan and Howard Bach are two badminton American players who will be competing for the gold medal in the 2012 Summer Olympics. Gunawan and Bach can burn up to 168 calories if a badminton game last for 30 mins, but in the Olympics there is no telling how long a badminton game can go on for. Badminton may seem like a flimsy sport to play. But, depending on the intensity that people play with then they can burn more than 153 calories.
