Season 2: Matt Hoover and Suzy Preston

Biggest Loser Contestant Romances

Matt and Suzy showed no signs of a relationship while on season two of the Biggest Loser. Matt was crowned the Biggest Loser of that season and Suzy came in third. Matt and Suzy started dating shortly after they left the ranch. He proposed to Suzy during an appearance on The Today Show. They married in 2006 and now have two sons. They also run the business BestLifeDesign.com together to help others reach their health, spiritual and fitness goals.
