John Forger is the owner of a realty company from Chatham, Massachusetts. He has three adult children, and daughter and twin boys. Although he was active in his youth, he began gaining weight once he started working at a sedentary job. He also says that he used food to cover up feelings of boredom, which also contributed to his wight gain. His sons were a big motivation for him to try out for the show. John looks forwards to getting out the nice new clothing he's been storing away for thinner days.
