Push-ups and pull-ups are standards for him, and he prefers cycling for cardio. To mix things up, during squats he stands on a vibrating platform, according to Men's Health, because it increases his strength and power. He's also doing weights every day, which is a little different than most athletes. His weight training includes a lot of work with low reps on dumbbells for step ups, squats, shoulder presses, and lunges. One day a week, Lebron also jumps rope on an unstable surface like a mat.
