He's a towering 6'11" tall, but this NBA star is even larger than life on the court. Called "freakishly indestructible" by one sportswriter, he has to work hard to have the power plays, and that comes from work in the gym. Some of his favorite moves for building strength, according to Men's Health, include towel pull-ups, crossover pushups, single-arm cable rows, back extensions, and single-leg dumbbell deadlifts. With more focus on strength, this video shows his "Superman" workout, which includes bench presses, lat pulldowns, leg presses, reverse grip pushups (palms facing forward), and burpees.
