TRX is a preferred method of training for this NBA star too, because it's strength training that relies on body weight, can be easily packed in a suitcase, and helps users build strength, balance, flexibility, and core strength - all vital on the hardwood. He uses interval training to help him prepare for the endurance and agility needed during games. We like that Anthony's trainers take him outside for workouts too. This video shows Carmelo sprinting, squatting, and jogging on an incline - cardio exercise that simultaneously works a number of muscle groups.
