About The Dukan Diet
Phase one of the Dukan Diet is designed to be a regime of pure protein that jump starts your weight loss efforts. This phase also offers big results in weight loss. Phase one should only be followed for a maximum of 10 days and some of the foods allowed include lean veal, lean beef, skinless chicken, fish, shellfish, fat-free dairy and eggs.
