About NutriSystem

In the 1970s when the health craze really started to take off, Nutrisystem made its debut. Originally set up as brick-and-mortar weight loss centers, today Nutrisystem is managed completely online or phone. During the past 30 years the Nutrisystem brand has grown to be one of the most recognized and successful diet companies. By offering pre-portioned, calorie-controlled, shelf-stable meals, customers always have a variety of diet-friendly foods available to them. There are hundreds of meal choices, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Blueberry pancakes, vegetarian chili, dark chocolate cookies and even pizza are just a few of the menu items available to Nutrisystem dieters. The best part? Nutrisystem recommends a healthy rate of weight loss of about one to two pounds each week. With a number of different programs, there's a Nutrisystem approach that fits just about any lifestyle.

I'm only looking to loose about 10 pounds, and tone up. I'm 39 years old, and in the last few months my belly has grown. would nutrisystem be a good diet for me? and can I reach my goal with this diet in 2 months? my biggest problem is I don't have time to cook. I can work out between work 30 mins or so. thank you for your attention hope to hear from you soon.
