Jumping Jacks
Section #1 Cardio
We’ll start with jumping jacks as a way to get warmed up and your heart pumping. Beginning position is standing straight up, feet together and arms/hands at your side.
Begin by jumping your legs out wide while throwing your arms into the air. You should be making an 'X' shape with your body. For correct form, make sure you stay tight through your arms and core while having a little bend in your knees so you’re able to jump without causing injury.
Do these for one minute straight. Then without rest, go straight into the next exercise (lunges).
