Not exactly a newbie to the weight loss scene, it's been 28 years since women started losing weight with the company's namesake. Serving women, and even men, the Jenny Craig program has meals shipped to you and offers one-on-one counseling.

Your personalized meal plan includes having low-calorie meals shipped to your home, pre-portioned and ready to heat and eat. You'll eat three meals a day, like turkey burgers, chicken fettucini, and cereal, plus enjoy one snack each day, like chocolate cake. These delivered meals will be supplemented with your own fresh fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy, and whole grains.

Each member receives a personalized fitness plan that includes three different kinds of activity: natural activities like housekeeping, planned activities like a yoga class, and fun activities like a family bike ride.
