7 Ways to Pimp Your Pancake

Adding protein to your pancakes is a great way to provide more staying power in your morning meal. After all, everyone knows protein keeps you fuller longer.

Protein also helps offset the carb-heaviness most recipes have, which means you'll be able to eat fewer cakes and be more satisfied.

You can achieve more protein by adding a tablespoon or two of protein powder or nut butter to your batter, or sprinkling some nuts on top of your stack.
