The truth is, most people don’t like exercise. They don’t like to sweat or feel uncomfortable or even wear workout clothes. It’s like brushing your teeth…sure, you’d much rather hop into bed at the end of a long day, but you drag yourself to the bathroom because you know you have to. Either that, or you’ll rack up some crazy dental bills or worse, lose your teeth. It’s the same with exercise. Do it because you know you have to.
