7 Reasons Why Not to Exercise-and Why You Should Ignore Them

People with insane schedules manage to find the time to work out, so this one doesn’t cut it. It’s not that you don’t have the time–it’s that you haven’t made exercise a priority. If you come to see exercise as an important part of your life, similar to a business meeting or doctor’s appointment, you’ll work to make the time for it. If you’re overscheduled, work activity into the things you already do. Instead of meeting up with friends for drinks, plan a group bike ride. At home with the kids?
