Did you sign-up for a pricey, name-brand diet plan that costs more to feed you than it does your entire family for a month? With the number of free and low-cost resources, you can make your own healthy, portion-controlled meals at home that feed not only yourself but your entire family three times a day. You don't need a gym, at least an expensive one. Price compare gyms, look at splitting the cost of an at-home trainer with a group of friends, or buy workout DVDs you can use over and over at home.
