4 Fun Ways to Workout With Your Dog
Otherwise known as Fartleks. This session uses high interval training combined with less intense training to provide an effective cardio workout. Before you begin, make sure you and the pooch have had at least 5-10 minutes of walking or jogging at a quick pace. Aim to sprint for 10 to 15 yards. You can use light poles or fences as a guide for distance. Also make sure to say, "Let's Go!" to your dog before you take off.
