This Espresso Smoothie is just what the coffee-lover ordered. Add more espresso for an extra jolt, or a little splash of cream for extra decadence.

Ingredients: 3 ounces espresso, chilled 3/4 cup non or low fat yogurt (vanilla), 1/2 cup ice cubes 1 scoop whey protein powder ,1 Tbsp sugar of honey (optional)

350 calories, 52 grams carbohydrates, 26 grams of protein, 4 grams of fat
