2012's Most Enviable Olympic Bodies

Olympic swimmer Ryan Locthe has most often been spotted alongside his friend and teammate Michael Phelps, but has never seemed to be outshone by his accomplishments. And perhaps one of those reasons is his killer physique.

In a recent interview with Fitness Magazine, Locthe said his go-to recovery meal is two grilled chicken breasts with Alfredo sauce, whole grain spaghetti and a salad with lemon juice and olive oil. He also recently cut out junk food, candy and soda entirely, and has upped his training routine by adding gnarly moves like flipping tractor tires, dragging shipyard chains and tossing beer kegs. Sounds plenty intense and manly to us.
