2012's Most Enviable Olympic Bodies

Olympic relay swimmer Nathan Adrian brought home gold in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, and is hoping to do the same in this year's London games.

In a recent interview with USA Swimming, Adrian shared his current training program leading up to the Olympics. For the past several months he's been training hard at his home pool in Berkeley, California, and the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. The key to his training right now has been strength training, stroke technique, turns, and starts and finishes.

"It's been a hard road, a lot of hard work, but I know what I've even doing will pay of this summer when it matters most," he said.
