2012 Super Foods

In the fruit category, I am looking to Goldenberries. These super fruits are grown in warm climates and are packed with high amounts of carotene, bioflavonoids (vitamin P), vitamins A and C, and fiber. Unlike most fruits, they also contain protein and phosphorus. Try them in trail mix, salads, jams, sauces, salad dressings and smoothies.
