Snacks can be beneficial for those who are looking to maintain their weight. But, not all snacks are healthy and nutritious for you. The best snacks are things like fresh fruit, yogurt, and nuts, but sometimes a little crunch to go with a sandwich, hummus, or cheese just can't be beat.

Triscuit Reduced Fat: These crackers have 120 calories, the same amount as the winner, but a serving size is 7 crackers versus 20 chips.
Kroger Baked Multi-Grain Wheat Crisps: These have the least amount of sodium per serving, but they do not have 10% of the daily value of vitamins.
Kroger 94% Fat-Free Butter Popcorn: This is the healthiest popcorn we found at the grocery store, unfortunately it had too much sodium and no vitamins or minerals.
Kroger Reduced Fat Original Kettle Potato Chips: These were the second-best potato chip we found, but they had more calories (130) for a smaller serving size (15 chips) than the winner.
