Bryer's No Sugar Added: This would have been the winner if it wasn’t for a mere 8% calcium value.
Turkey Hill: While this had a great taste, the sodium levels were the highest of the competitors with 80mg.
Kemps: This brand lost due to its high sugar content compared to the rest with 20g.
Lifeway Kefir: This may have had lower calories but it had 16g of sugars compared to our winner's low 5g.
