I use the treadmill at the gym to get my heart rate (and burn) going. I also use workout DVDs. My all-time favorite is taking walks with my husband!

Achievemygoals

I have recently started running after being a 3-mile a day walker....on rainy days I love jogging on my mini-trampoline... :)

Fav workout is trail running. I have 2 out and backs 3 and 5 milers that provide great scenery, challenge hills and best of all, quiet. Me and the woods...

My favorite way to workout is to mix up where I go for runs. I have different routes throughout the neighborhood and I've also run at beaches, downtown Boston while visiting, soccer fields, trails, and even a cemetery!

I'm a power walker and love the outdoor workouts. Now that it's dark early and late, I'm using dance cardio and yoga on Exercise TV and treadmill.
