15 Reps in 15 Minutes

These squat split jumps are a great way to tone your legs, abs and get your heart rate up all at the same time. Start with legs together and arms at your sides. Then, jump your legs out into a wide squat and touch your arms to the ground. Jump back up to starting position and you've completed one rep - complete a total of 15.
